Simon Says.....

Did you ever play Simon Says when you were young?

The leader said "Simon says do this.... " and the players did whatever it was.

If the leader said "do this...". and the members followed they were disqualified because Simon didn't say so.....

When you are on a team with great leaders and the Leaders say do this.... Do it.

If the leaders are telling you to do something it is because they have tried many ways and have made many mistakes so that you do not have to... stop reinventing the wheel or you may disqualify yourself from being successful.
